The Parrot Snake (Leptophis ahaetulla), being a good climber, was observed stealing eggs from the nest of a Great Kiskadee (Pitangus sulphuratus). Many other species of birds, particularly, the Tropical Mockingbird (Mimus gilvus) joined in a defensive attack to chase the snake away as he scampered away to safety.
